Beco Bolacha is a renovation of apartments, lofts, and artist’s houses in a revisited version of the 1920s style, oriented towards and open to the Rio. It retains the original style and energy that is sublimated by ARCHIZEST, featuring an industrial touch typical of AZ's DNA, characterized by large metal frames that enhance the building's aesthetic. This design fosters a sense of community while celebrating the charm of its historic context.
